Where does the Security Council have its headquarters?

The Security Council of the United Nations has its headquarters at the UN Headquarters in New York City, USA. The Security Council, one of the six principal organs of the United Nations, is responsible for the maintenance of international peace and security. It is thus the most powerful body of the United Nations, and its decisions are binding upon all UN Member States.
