A reform effort of socialization is an initiative to update or improve existing socialization practices in order to promote positive relationships and a more inclusive culture. This could include creating more inclusive language in the workplace, developing a more diverse set of social activities, introducing a culture of acceptance and understanding, and providing training for employees on how to interact with each other in a respectful manner.
