what is the formula to find..If the driving frequency is reduced slightly (but the driving amplitude remains the same), at what frequency will the amplitude of the mass's oscillation be half of the maximum amplitude?

Answers

f2 = f1 x sqrt(A2/A1), where f1 = the original driving frequency f2 = the frequency at which the oscillation amplitude is half of the maximum amplitude A1 = original driving amplitude A2 = amplitude at the new frequency (half of the maximum amplitude).
