The major areas of production of coffee plant are Latin America, Africa, and Asia. In Latin America, Brazil is the largest producer, closely followed by Colombia, Honduras, and Peru. In Africa, Ethiopia, Uganda, and Kenya are amongst the top producers, whereas Asia is dominated by India, Indonesia, and Vietnam. Additionally, Central and South America countries, like Guatemala and Mexico, have also started producing high quality beans.
