Measures of Central Tendency

Measures of central tendency are the values that are used to describe the center of a set of data and to summarize the data in a single number. The main three measures of central tendency are the mean, median, and mode. The mean is the average of all the values in the dataset. The median is the middle value of all the values in the dataset and can be used when the data set has an odd number of values or an even number of values. The mode is the value or values that appear most frequently in the dataset.
