7 can be made using the digits 1, 2, 3, and 4 by performing the following mathematical operation: 3 + 4 = 7. 13 can be made using the digits 1, 2, 3, and 4 by performing the following mathematical operation: (1 + 2) * 4 = 13. 17 can be made using the digits 1, 2, 3, and 4 by performing the following mathematical operation: 4^2 + 1 = 17. 39 can be made using the digits 1, 2, 3, and 4 by performing the following mathematical operation: (1 * 2 * 3 * 4) + 4 = 39.
