Intentional division of labour, migration

Answers

Intentional division of labour is the practice of having different people in a society take on different types of economic activities based on their talents and interests. This system of specialisation means that each person can become highly skilled in a specific aspect of an activity, allowing them to produce desired goods or services faster, more efficiently, or of higher quality than what could be accomplished by one person. Migration is the physical movement of people from one place to another, whether this move is temporary or permanent. In relation to intentional division of labour, migration can make it possible for people to pursue specialized types of work in a new location where they may not have had the same work opportunities before. This can also create a more efficient workforce in the new destination since specialized skillsets are often in higher demand in certain industries and locations. Migration also gives people the chance to spread different values, culture, and skills which can benefit the receiving economy.
