In which part of a flower, you are likely to find the ovary?

The ovary is located in the lower portion of the flower, usually at the base of the flower. It is where the female gametophyte is located, which contains the ovules that will become the seeds of the plant. The ovary has an opening at the top where the pistil (containing the stigma, style, and ovary) is attached and is covered with small hairs or scales known as the calyx. The ovary is essentially the female reproductive organ of the flower and produces female gametes (egg cells).
