In what way was Wanda different from the other children?

Wanda was different from the other children in that she had an extraordinary set of mental abilities, or 'gifts'. She possessed psychic powers such as telepathy, telekinesis, precognition, and other such extrasensory perceptions. She also had a heightened awareness and insight that allowed her to perceive the thoughts and emotions of those around her. She was capable of manipulating the environment around her in ways that were unnatural for most other kids her age.
