The most obvious way is to use a dictionary. In the Internet, you can find a lot of dictionaries for all languages of the world. Keep in mind that using Google Translate is not reasonable in some cases. For example, it is uncapable of properly processing Asian languages such as Chinese and Japanese - the translation it provides you with is sometimes not even close to the actual meaning of a word or phrase.
