Services Options, Bidding, Charges, and Refunds

You may post your question on the Website you want to be answered by other users.

Also, you may post on the Website an advanced question you want to be answered by the tutor.

By posting an advanced question on the Website, you are to determine the reasonable price and the deadline by which you would like to have your question answered. You can change the price and the deadline during the initial process of posting a question and communicating with tutors who are interested in answering your question. Tutors will bid on your question, requesting a price they would charge for a particular task and the amount of time and effort necessary to cope with it. Our system will automatically count a 30% service fee that is acquired by us from each advanced question. Once you choose a certain tutor, you assign your question to him or her and agree to the price and deadline which were defined by you before.

By making a payment using your debit or credit card, you are not actually paying a tutor, but reserving money on your account. Your money is on hold and will be paid to a tutor only if you are satisfied with the answer provided. If an answer did not meet your requirements or a tutor failed to deliver an answer on time, you can request a refund and the money you reserved will be returned to your debit or credit card. After you get an answer to your question and approve it, you, therefore, agree that the tutor has successfully completed the task, and the corresponding sum of money is withdrawn from your debit or credit card. In such a case, we do not grant refunds under any circumstances unless specifically stated in these terms and conditions.

Warranties

By using our services and paying for advanced options, you acknowledge that content posted by other users and the tutors should be used for your non-commercial use and for the purpose of reference. You agree that any kind of information provided on the Website should not be a substitution to your actual in-class and out-of-class activities. Information provided by other users may not match our own views, ideas, and beliefs, and we cannot guarantee that such information is correct, consistent, and up-to-date. We, however, guarantee that information provided by the tutors is of higher quality since we are aware of their academic credentials and experience.

Limitation of Liability
