What is the theory of Social Darwinism and how was this theory related to laissez faire and dual federalism?

According to Charles Darwin, in wild nature, strong species survive and prosper, whereas weaker species are destined to go extinct. Social Darwinism has approsimately the same meaning; the only difference is that Darwins theory is applied to the human society. Simply saying, strong (rich, privileged, talented, better educated, smart) people prosper, while other, less successful members of the society have to live a lower life. Laissez faire is the capitalistic principle, according to which the government needs to keep its "hands" off the financial transactions, deal, and other economic interactions between private individuals. Although freeing such transactions from interference, laissez faire also means that the government cannot implement regulations aimed at improving the circumstances of the less privileged.
